  • 1. Resort localitazion and how to get there

    Vallter resort is located in El Ripollès region, in Setcases. It is accessible by public transport.


    You will find detailed information about the routes by private vehicle and public transport, as well as maps of the localizationn and further information at the resort's location.

  • 2. What are the opening hours of the resort and the customer service point?

    Vallter resort opens the chairlift at 10 am and closes at 3 pm. The customer service hours are from 9 am to 3 pm. You will find all the information here.

  • 3. Which are the Chairlift opening hours?

    From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The last trip was at 2.45 pm

  • 4. Is there a Lost and Found Office?

    To deposit or request lost items at Vallter resort, go to the Customer Service Point, in the building at level 2,000. For any queries, you can call the customer service telephone number. 972 13 60 57 or send an email to i[email protected].

  • 5. What services can I find open at the resort?

    You can find the catering services, the sports shop and public toilets:

    Bar-Cafeteria La Portella from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Cafeteria Marmotes from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and the Foodtruck from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sports shop: from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Public toilets: from 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • 6. Can the resort be accessed by public transport?

    During summer season Vallter cannot be accessed by transport public. To access there, private transport is needed.

  • 7. Where is the customer service point?

    For information on the routes and the chairlift, please contact the information point of the building at the foot of the slopes. Requests can also be made through the indicated telephone numbers or emails and on the web.

  • 8. Which activities can be made in family with children?

  • 9. My first day in Vallter

    a) Arrive in Vallter
    Vallter Station is located in the Ripollès region in the municipality of Setcases. You will find specific information on itineraries with a private vehicle, as well as location maps and more specific information on location.

    We recommend wearing clothes adapted to the weather conditions (keep in mind that the weather in the high mountains is changing and we go from having sun to being cloudy with a sharp drop in temperatures), you need to be prepared with warm clothes. We also recommend wearing sunglasses and sunscreen for your skin.

  • 10. Can I park my caravan in Vallter?

    Yes, you can park the motorhome in the Vallter car parks. Always keeping in mind to pick up your own rubbish and take care of the environment. Vallter does not have containers and you must take your rubbish with you and deposit it in the permanent recycling containers. Camping is not permitted, but you can spend the night following the regulations and avoiding the following practices:

    • Extend awnings or any element that exceeds the perimeter of the vehicle.
    • Place chairs, tables or any camping furniture
    • Lower the stabilizing legs or put on shims if they are not needed
    • Throw away any kind of fluids.
    • Make annoying noises. Play music on speaker.
  • 11. General conditions applicable to bookings

    The chairlift may close without prior notice in the event of a storm or adverse weather conditions. The pass purchased online does not have a date, it can be used any day the chairlift is in operation until September 11. If you have to cancel a reservation, contact [email protected].   • 12. What parking areas will I find at the resort?

    Vallter has 6 parking areas with a capacity for about 950 vehicles.

  • 13. I would like to work in Vallter. How can I do that?

    Vallter's job vacancies are published in the section "Do you want to join FGC?" from the FGC corporate website. If there is no active call, you can send your resume and let us know your profile and experience. In the event that new jobs are called for which your profile is suitable, we will contact you.
